Ideal for teams of 5-15. Price is per team member.
The package includes one group coaching session and one workshop and/or training per month for enrolled clients. Each team member will receive two 1:1 coaching sessions (the first within the first 30 days, the second within 30 days prior to the end of the coaching package).
Additional coaching sessions can be purchased separately if needed. All sessions are virtual.
In-person requires additional fees based on availability and travel requirements**.

Flexible Payment Options: Package prices are based on payment in full upfront. Monthly payment plans are available at a 10% additional fee.
Optional Observation Sessions: $600
A 90-minute on-site observation session with follow-up coaching to identify and implement the most effective mental preparation strategies based on real-time performance observations.
Travel and On-Site Visits
Based in northwest Phoenix, Arizona, I serve the entire Phoenix Metro area with minimal travel fees, including:
Peoria, Glendale, Sun City, El Mirage, Surprise, Sun City West, Litchfield Park, Vistancia, Deer Valley, Scottsdale, Goodyear, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, and Chandler.

Outside Phoenix Metro: Visits beyond the Phoenix Metro area are available and require additional travel fees. Travel rates will be clearly outlined and agreed upon before scheduling.

Pre- and post-engagement team surveys - $1,500
Executive leader alignment session - $2,200 (90-minute session with personalized coaching for team leader(s) to address specific challenges)
Quarterly follow-up workshops - $3,000/1-hour workshop (tailored sessions to reinforce training outcomes)
Customized team workbook - $1,000
Single accountability check-in - $300/50 minutes (available with 24-hour notice outside of regularly scheduled sessions)
Leadership book bundle - $150 each (curated book selections with notes and annotations tailored to the client's challenges)
